Mind, Body, Soulmates is a group practice with licensed mental health clinicians focusing on alignment (mind, body, soul), relationships, and other external factors that make you who you are. We treat a variety of concerns, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, secondary substance use, grief, life transitions, and ADHD. We value diversity, vulnerability, and connection. Isable, the owner, will be at the booth with her EMDR tools to give potential clients an idea of what an EMDR session looks like and how it is scientifically proven to slow your amygdala down and synchronize your brain waves to help you process activating or traumatic memories. Isable uses an additional approach that incorporates inner child therapy and positive psychology to build positive neuropathways in your brain.
