In today's wild world, it's becoming increasingly hard to disconnect from the biological systems that brew a constant soup of stress hormones within us. On top of this, past traumas and lives intertwine, and we find ourselves mentally and spiritually stuck, without the resources for self-compassion, self-care, or finding our purpose or alignment. During the Covid years, Analiesa found herself right here when Spirit came to her and gave her the path out of the dark into the light. She now uses quantum techniques, shamanic energy medicine, spirit-led exercises, and years of experience to heal clients through Exponential Healing; a way to balance the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. She co-creates this healing atmosphere with her Spirit partners and her client's, and the healings happen in an integrative group, so the work and the channelings become permanent transformation, at low cost of time and money.
