Beem Light Sauna is a light therapy studio in the health and wellness space. Light therapies offered include Infrared sauna, chromotherapy and red light therapy. We are a membership model business that offers 40 minute IR sauna sessions. Infrared saunas generate a sweat 7x more detoxifying than a traditional sauna. Benefits include reducing toxins, relieving pain, boosting immunity, igniting metabolism, renewing skin and relieving stress. Members can choose between a solo or social sauna. Each sauna includes Chromotherapy lighting to additionally provide various positive moods during all sauna sessions. Additionally, we provide Red Light Therapy which stimulates the mitochondria in your cells.
