Welcome to Unity Holistic Wellness Center! Our center is a place for people who wish to experience mindfulness, awareness, and connection with their inner spirit. To that end, we have created a safe, uplifting, non-judgmental space that inspires people to open to a new perception of their wholeness – mind, body, and spirit. Our team of dedicated, credentialed, passionate, and professional practitioners believes holistic wellness can facilitate good health and well-being. Our goal is to empower participants to feel complete and whole through a series of affordable and interactive workshops, classes, and alternative healing techniques. Our topics are driven by community needs and interests, such as Yoga, Reiki, Tai Chi, Tapping, Meditation, Mindfulness, Chakras Balancing, Stress and Pain Management, and Forgiveness.
