Yes, we believe that all performers should be paid fairly. If you taking part in our vendor village you will find that we pay you $50 at the time of your booking for your performance and precious time. Additionally we both invite and welcome submissions from accomplished holistic and folk music performers, published authors who will do readings of their work, yoga and movement professionals, and dance performers. In order to apply to be a Performer, please complete the application here. We will contact you if you are selected to continue in the application process.

Each stage comes with a four-channel sound system and mixing unit and wireless or wired microphones. For the Cincinnati expo ONLY, a projector and screen may be reserved at no fee. Otherwise we encourage you to bring your own projector and screen. Note: Although our AV and stereo connectivity is current, you are expected to bring your own cables and connectors.

Yes, at all but our smallest events we have a stage manager who will be by the presentation rooms through the weekend. They will make sure your performance starts and ends on time, collect tickets as needed, and make sure your time goes off without a hitch.

In general all presentations last 40 minutes and start at the top of the hour. Additionally, we hold longer music and dance performances as well as keynote presentations.


It's easy to select and purchase your booth online! Click on the EVENTS tab, then click BUY BOOTH next to the event. View your potential neighbors in purple booths, and select and GREEN booth to purchase. Click PROCEED and complete the order. Shipping to a facility (or Drayage) is offered on a by-venue basis. MOST of our venues do not accept shipments. Please contact the individual facility and ask them if they offer Drayage or Shipping/Receiving services.

Please refer to your Welcome Email that you received when you purchased your booth. We also send several reminder emails leading up to the show with move-in information. Alternatively, click SIGN IN in the upper right and click on BOOTHS in your admin space, then ADD/VIEW to see move-in details.

No we never share, sell or trade our mail list.

Discounted hotels rates are available for some, but not all, expos. Please contact believe@bmse.net for an updated list and include the specific show you are inquiring about.

Reader/Healer Booths (6x6 or 6x8): Booth sharing is not permitted.

Retail Booths (8x10 or 10x10): Readers/Healers can share with a Retail vendor in a Retail booth at all of our shows except Denver & Colorado Springs. At those two specific shows, Readers/Healers can only be in Reader/Healer booths.

In no case may 2 Readers/Healers share a booth.

If a booth is shared, please note that ONLY the primary business will be featured online and in print. The secondary vendor will not be marketed.
