Gabriel Posner, Ph.D. , owner of Elevated Somatics, is a Registered Somatic Movement Educator trained in Hanna Somatic Education. Hanna Somatic Education is a clinical, therapeutic movement practice combining principles of mindfulness and biofeedback with functional movements to access and release stored muscle tension. Hanna Somatic Education is particularly helpful for people struggling with musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, and/or unresolved trauma.
