We, Sammi and Victoria, established OneStep Wellness on the principle that access to education about how to improve health, both physical and mental, is something that should be available to everyone. Sammi is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach while Victoria is a licensed therapist that also provides life coaching services for clients across the country. Together, we can help guide you through learning how to become more aware of your own energy, navigate discomfort, and maximize joy. We teach mindfulness practices, including mindful movement and helping clients tap into the energy that flows through and around us, as a main focus of this work. Ritual bath satchels, soothing tea blends, and other merchandise will be for sale at our booth as well.
