Elevated Meditations offers a uniquely curated meditation experience that combines a variety of holistic wellness modalities. Participants experience a 30 or 60-minute guided meditation, sound bath class while comfortably cradled in the cocoon of a professional aerial silk hammock. Our classes are LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive to all ages over 10 years old
