GuruKula Foundation is a non-profit organization that is focused on uplifting groups, individuals, and communities through mental health awareness, education, meditation, and spirituality. Our services includes Meditation, Yoga, Education, Spiritual Discourses, Shakti sound therapy sessions, Retreats, Couple counseling and much more. We offer products like handmade Tibetan and Nepalese therapy bowls, singing bowls, bells, gongs, chimes, prayer flags, incense, herbal teas, and more. Some of the products are made by us in Kathmandu, Nepal. We fund our programs by offering these products to the public.
