The Healing Consultant was born out of my wish to help women, like me, manage stress, pain, and trauma using carefully formulated, natural products. My goals with The Healing Consultant are to help create an easy-to-follow day and night routine that prioritizes self-care, highlights the practical benefits of CBD for mental and physical well-being, and provides a safe place to help normalize the necessity of self-care for women who usually put their own needs at the bottom of the list.
