Qigong is moving meditations which use slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to strengthen your mind-body connection, reduce stress, and improve circulation thereby enhancing your overall health. Qigong is gentle on the joints, it's great, too, for those with limited mobility who may be worried about injury from yoga or more intense exercise. Qigong can be done sitting, standing, or lying in bed. Join Barbara as she leads a 30-minute Qigong routine class where you practice along with her.
