Ecstatic Dance Cincinnati "FREEDOM IN MOTION" Ecstatic Dance is a growing art form around the world designed for individual expression and community connection. It is a safe space where we come together to get out of our heads and grounded into our bodies through movement, music, and community. All dances follow four simple guidelines: Substance-free, shoe-free, phone-free, and non-verbal. At Ecstatic Dance Cincinnati, we work with trained Ecstatic Dance DJ's. Our music is global and our playlists cover all genres to take you on a journey of self-discovery and deep awareness. Lauren creates a safe, loving and welcoming space which allows you to come as you are, letting go of judgement and self-consciousness. There are no steps to learn, and no rules on how to dance. Simply show up and let your body move however you feel called to move in the moment. Many dancers say, "This is what I do in my kitchen at home!"
