Join Fluidity Performance Troupe in finding your flow with hula hoops and day silk fans. You don't have to be a pro to give flow a go! Connect your mind, body and spirit through the timeless tail of dance. Learn how to start hula hooping, or flowing with silk veil fans with 2 seasoned circus experts. Participants can expect to learn multiple ways to flow, move and find their own rhythm with these timeless instruments of dance. 10 workshop hoops & 10 silk veil fans will be provided for use. Hand sanitizer will be available before and after this workshop. All Ages Welcome!
