Suffering is resisting what is, and in so many ways, we humans struggle to accept and flow with reality, especially when it comes to our emotions. Our egos form judgments on who we think we are and who we think we need to be. Our hearts start to close off parts of our true nature. And our bodies hold on to what we aren't ready to face. This is all normal, intelligent, and keeps us safe - and can create suffering. In this session, we will explore what our nervous systems protect us from feeling, the beliefs our minds have about experiencing emotions, and how we can start to tune into the experience of emotions within us.
