Aubrey Lindros

In this presentation I will be discussing the many faces that grief can take on. I will touch on some energetic and emotional strategies to help cope with grief. I will also discuss the ways that we can look at the death of a loved one and our own death before they are imminent so that we can give all involved the time, space and energy to grieve gracefully.
