Through meditation and art making you will learn about the layers of truth and how to discern what is your soul’s truth. When we are feeling lost, indecisive, anxious, uncertain and doubtful, it can be powerful to have tools to access what our soul wants us to know. Drop below the surface and find your truth within. NO ART EXPERIENCE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. We will be using drawing materials including markers, pencils, pastels, etc. Just bring your curious mind and playful spirit. Resistance and fear are also welcome. Danielle Rifkin, LPC, ATR is a Licensed Professional counselor and art therapist who has been exploring ways to live into her truth for many years, and is excited to offer opportunities for others to live into their truth.
